Ordered 3hrs in advance on Valentines day to ensure I good order! Spent over 80$. My cactus onion was almost black, grease in bottom on my container, and no sauce! My son's steak was ordered medium and it was rare so I had to finish cooking it. Asked for extra cheese and dressing for salad. Didn't receive it. My meal, I didn't get any BBQ sauce with my pulled pork (asked for extra and was willing to pay) and my potatoes were cold! Dinner rolls were not only cold but hard! Worse experience EVER. I asked for my ordered to be ready at 530pm, the ticket printed said it was done at 502pm. But when I checked in at 525pm it said Not ready! They text me at 545pm saying my food was ready! Major disappointment! But the lady that gave me the food was great!

We Do not usually eat at this particular location but we were fortunate enough traveling to meet up here with my college son to celebrate my birthday this evening. The food was very good but the service was even better. Ashley took great care of us before we even had a need. Thank you so much! It was such an enjoyable experience. You made us so happy we splurged on a great dinner. The best service I have had at any Texas Roadhouse.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse had been consistently positive until my recent visit, which left much to be desired. Arriving with a group of eight around 6:15 PM on a busy Friday night, we were informed of an hour-long wait, which we understood. However, our patience waned as we were repeatedly misled about the wait time. It wasn't until 8:30 PM that we were finally seated, despite assurances. Though the gesture of providing two complimentary appetizers was appreciated, the remainder of the evening only worsened. It took until 9:20 PM for our salads to arrive, by which point the children in our group were restless, and so were we. Our waitress was courteous, but it was evident that the management struggled to meet our needs promptly. Frustrated, we requested our entrees to go, as some in our party faced a long drive back. Strangely, a similar-sized party that arrived after us received their food before ours, further highlighting the management's inefficiency. By the time we left at 9:50 PM, we were relieved but dissatisfied. While the establishment did offer a 30% discount and removed the cost of our appetizers, it was clear that there is a disconnect between management and the serving staff. Despite the challenges, we still tipped our waitress, recognizing that the issue was not hers to bear.Overall, this experience shed light on significant shortcomings in this Texas Roadhouse's operations, especially during peak hours. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial for the restaurant to deliver a better dining experience.

i’ll be honest with you I really like the roadhouse from years past and someone had told me that this is a new franchise here but they really truly need to work on the attitudes of the servers from the very moment we got here it was one server after another after another total of four different servers all of them with really bad attitudes and not a single one of them smiled nobody was happy I mean seriously what would make me want to come back here I normally never leave bad reviews whatsoever and I tried to check my own personal attitude to see if it was something I did but certainly not. our table was not picked up while we ate plates and dishes were stacked all over the place the restaurant was not busy at all and it was just after 3 o’clock. How do I know 3 o’clock because I was told that our party of 20 could not be seated until 3 o’clock when the servers actually started their shift. Everybody has a bad day every once in a while that’s understandable but the managers should be giving the servers and workers pep talks and motivation to want to be better to want to make a customers experience a good one
